What if I'm running late?

I do allow a 10 minute grace period.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be void and your deposit will be forfeited.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

In order to retain your deposit, all cancellations must occur a minimum of  24 hours prior to appointment deposits are non-transferable, but you can reschedule . This does not apply to bridal parties. *Same day appointments are required to be paid in full & are non-refundablendable if the client cancels.​

Do you provide on location services?

 Yes! I do offer on location services for photoshoots, weddings, etc. Subject to availability and additional fees apply. Rates starts $100 & UP.

We do not accept same day appointments!

You must book appointment 24 hr prior to your service!

$50 fee is extra for any off day, early, or late appointments.

SCHEDULING & TARDINESS

• When booking with Glam Doll Makeup Studio, I do require that you are on time. I have other glam doll faces who are wanting to be serviced just like you!

• You will incur a $50 late fee after 15 minutes tardy, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule.

• You’re only allowed to reschedule one time, so please be mindful of this when booking & planning your day prior to your event.

GENERAL APPOINTMENT POLICIES

• I do have a strict NO KIDS & NO EXTRA PEOPLE policy. I will kindly ask whoever isn't being serviced to leave.

• Please have your eyebrows & any other facial hair groomed prior to the appointment to maximize the application.

• Last minute/same day cancellations will be charged FULL PRICE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• You are required to keep your card on file & will be charged when cancelling less than 24hrs prior to appointment.

• You will not be able to re-book with me until any & all outstanding fees are paid, please keep this in mind as well.

• The retainer fee/ deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance! This includes same day cancellations.

• Please have the exact cash for the remaining balance, I do not accept Cash App & no checks will be accepted.

• I only travel for weddings, photoshoots, or for parties of 6 or more; otherwise, services are done at my location.

• There is a $50 early bird fee for appointments before 11am. Please contact me directly to schedule these.

• When booking for parties of 6 or more, any additional last-minute additions will be a incur $30 convenience fee.

• NO PHONES DURING THE SERVICE, it is a major distraction & prohibits me from being able to do my job.

A NONREFUNDABLE / NON- NEGOTIABLE $50 DEPOSIT is required for all clients.

This deposit will be credited towards your total balance. The remaining balance is to be paid in exact cash at the time of your appointment.

Please be sure to provide a working email to receive your confirmation with my location.

No shows will NOT be able to book an appointment in the future and will be charged the remaining balance for their appointment.

(If you are unable to make your appointment, please be courteous enough to send an email / text or cancel through your appointment link. It is very much appreciated)

What To Expect:

 

Allow 2 hours for a makeup & hair consultation (1 hour, if makeup only).

We will try a couple of different makeup looks, if you want, and tweak the features of the style once you see how it looks on you. Note that if the trial runs more than 15 minutes over, there may be an additional charge for the extra time.

Come without makeup on, if possible.

 

No Eating inside studio room

No cellphone allowed while getting your makeup done

We accept cash only!

A deposit is required to book appointment

No video recording is allowed during your application. Please limit your amount of guest, as waiting room seating is limited. Please refrain from applying false individual lashes before your appointment. Strip lashes will be applied during your session. Although we use hypoallergenic products and sanitizes all tools and equipment, we hold no responsibility for any allergic reactions, injuries, nor irritation caused by the makeup application. Please notify us of any special skin conditions you may have. Acceptance of the appointment is an agreement to these terms. Also, please be sure to get your brows- threaded, arched or waxed and get rid of any unwanted facial hair (cheek hair, upper lip, chin hair, etc) in advance.  REMEMBER, a well groomed-smooth-clean surface yields the best opportunity for a FLAWLESS makeup application. Also, if you have any open wounds, open scarring, contagious skin conditions, or skin rashes you will not be able receive services. Please contact me if you have scheduled this appointment in error. If you’ve booked a makeup or brow lesson, no tools or products are needed to attend. Feel free to bring your makeup bag if you want to learn to incorporate products you already have into your new regimen.
